After studying marketing in college Spencer moved to NYC and entered the advertising industry conducting negotiations for top brands and their multi-million dollar media deals. Wanting to 1combine his passions of negotiating and beach front homes Spencer began his Real Estate career in Los Angeles/ Malibu before shortly moving to South Florida.
