About Courtyards at the Point

The Courtyards at The Point is a community within Aventura found within The Point that's comprised of two story residences overlooking a courtyard built between 1995 and 1997. This community is the creation of architect Robert M. Swedroe and features a dual column design and rapturous waterfront views. In addition there are multiple tennis courts, a swimming pool with nearby grill, a billiards area, sauna and even a nail salon. As for the residences, there are three unique models to choose from each with their own lush yards and much more. Courtyards at The Point is close to some of the best places in South Florida. The beaches are southeast of Courtyards in Sunny Isles Beach and they extend south into Miami Beach which you can always visit in just a few minutes from the Courtyards. For a great shopping experience, residents of Courtyards at The Point need only visit popular Aventura Mall. You'll find even more beaches, entertainment, dining and sights over in the city of Hollywood to the north of the Courtyards.
