About Landings

In a departure from the typical style of homes in Parkland, Florida, The Landings and The Landings Estates of Parkland were created by a number of independent home builders in the late 90's. The designs are sensive to their natural surroundings and display a unique aesthetic differentiating them from their neighbors. The Landings and The Landings Estates sit on parcels between 1/3 and 3/4 of an acre and have 3-6 bedrooms with upwards of three car garages.
