About FLA Fruit Lands

FLA Fruitlands is a small community within Davie Florida. It is a mixed design community with more affordable homes starting at around $300,000. The more luxurious homes that can be as high as $1.5 million. Many of the larger homes are ranch style, echoing the equestrian heritage of Davie, and homes enjoy large lots and all that nature has to offer with miles of bike and bridle trails. Davie is a town made up of 35 square miles located within central Broward County.With a western themed area, it is not uncommon to see horses and cowboys sidling down the roadways. Colleges and universities abound in Davie, along with numerous parks and walking trails. The Miami Dolphins also call Davie home and practice at Nova Southeastern University.
