Shameika comes from an extensive career in healthcare and most recently worked at one of the most affluent cosmetic dermatology practices in Washington, D.C.. Here she came in contact and worked with a vast trove of influential clients from the business, entertainment and political industry. Through out her career, she has developed an effortless ability to connect with people from a diverse spectrum of socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, engaging in her convivial demeanor. She is most known for her integrity and communication skills, outside of her critical thinking, motivation and “make-it-happen” attitude. Above all, she consistently delivers uncompromising professionalism, which ultimately results in a kaleidoscope of positive experiences for those in her presence.

Long holding the desire to move from a traditional career in healthcare to an entrepreneurial career in luxury real estate, Shameika moved to South Florida and joined The Carroll Group. Today, she takes pride in devoting her full attention, time and resources to guarantee each of her clients has an experience tailored to their needs. In addition, Shameika’s “client-first” mentality allows her to keep her client’s desires at the forefront, ensuring their complete satisfaction. These key attributes and pillars have given Shameika the foundation to excel in real estate, helping every client seamlessly find their dream home.

Shameika was born in Long Island, New York and raised in Chesterfield, Virginia. She established a thriving career in Washington, D.C. and today has made South Florida her home. She loves to attend Orange Theory classes, try new restaurants and make long-lasting memories with friends and family. While on holiday, Shameika enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations across the country and world.
