About Olivia Faria
Born and raised in Jupiter, Florida, Olivia contains immense knowledge of the South Florida real estate market, from Stuart down to Miami. Being a Native, Olivia holds a personal level of dedication and excitement to help her clients find their dream home or investment property.
Drawn to the Real Estate world from a young age, Olivia’s academic background originates from a finance degree with a focus in real estate in college. Prior to Joining the Chad Carroll Group, Olivia started her career in commercial real estate acquisitions in New York City giving her the financial knowledge of what makes a smart investment. This experience of research and analysis gives her the tools to value a property and better serve her clients to the highest standard. Her energetic and outgoing personality made her realize she thrived more on the transaction and client-facing side of real estate where she could put her personable attributes to better use. She became a deal maker in the Commercial Investment Sales division at Cushman & Wakefield, building relationships with institutional buyers and sellers in the multi-family, and retail classes.
Since returning home to South Florida, Olivia has joined the Chad Carroll Group to deliver her East Coast network the highest level of aid in their real estate needs. From consultation to closing, Olivia is confident she is able to provide a concierge-style experience.
