About Michael Zavulunov
Michael Zavulunov is South Florida’s newest global real estate advisor. He specializes in condominiums and single-family homes in the sought-after and excitingly popular neighborhoods of Hallandale, Aventura, Sunny Isles, Surfside, and Harbor Islands. Michael initially became inspired by the evolving world of real estate, especially pre-construction homes, when being introduced to the industry by his parents, Eduard and Alla, who are prestigiously successful global real estate advisors. Today, while also pursuing a degree in business at Nova Southeastern University (NSU Florida) in Davie, Florida, Michael is presenting the best of the best of condominiums and single-family homes across South Florida’s coastline.
Michael proves to represent modern luxury. He was first fascinated by the world of luxury real estate by his parents, and since its recent introduction, has gained a vast collection of knowledge in the constantly growing industry. Today, Michael has joined The Chad Carroll Group, a team that boasts over $4B in sales. He’s excited to continue to expand his expertise in luxury real estate and the evolving market, in addition to developing his portfolio on a team that’s driven by luxury.

Michael continues to maximize strong relationships, presenting his clientele with a seamless experience that encompasses everything from A to Z: ensuring they find their dream home. Michael’s developing portfolio of clientele is in part to his demeanor of equal parts hardworking, caring, helpful, and kind attributes. In addition, Michael always treats his clients with compassion, as if he were walking in their footsteps. Here, he is able to successfully grow his portfolio continuously, building a repertoire of flourishing relationships.
When off work hours on the weekends Michael is positioned courtside, enjoying playing basketball, tennis, and soccer with family and friends. Outside of sports, Michael enjoys traveling across the world and expanding his knowledge: learning new cultures, heritages, and ethnicities.
