“I’m here to help my customers fulfill the American Dream,” explains Andrés, who speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese and specializes in luxury waterfront condos and homes in Miami and surrounding communities.
Originally from Colombia, Andrés came to the US at the age of 15 to learn English and play College soccer. After winning an athletic scholarship to the University of Mary Washington, he transferred to George Mason University, where he not only excelled on the varsity soccer team, but also earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
Following graduation, Andres surpassed his goals in sales and finance with Louis Vuitton and Scottrade. However, because his father was a professional architect, he had harbored a passion for the world of real estate from an early age. As a result, it wasn’t long before he switched career paths and successfully transitioned to Real Estate, where he found his true passion.
Today, his unswerving dedication to his clients encompasses not only keeping them apprised of local real estate trends and prices, but also deploying his well-honed negotiating skills to get them the best deal on their purchase or sale, building a lasting relationship on a foundation of trust and honesty, and providing a stress-free experience throughout the entire process. He is also not only licensed in FL, but in VA as well.
