Real estate runs deep in Cole's family. Growing up, he was immersed in the industry, with his father excelling as a top performer in NYC’s luxury market. Additionally, his grandmother played a pivotal role in shaping his passion—she took him under her wing as she bought, flipped, and sold high-end properties, giving him a firsthand look at the process and a deep appreciation for maximizing a home's potential.
Before fully stepping into real estate, Cole built a strong foundation in luxury fashion and branding, working as a manager for Ted Baker and Lacoste while also providing private wardrobe styling for high-profile clients. His eye for aesthetics and keen attention to detail naturally translated into real estate, where he helps clients present and market their properties at the highest level.
While earning his bachelor’s degree in sociology at San Diego State University, Cole took on the role of Marketing Director for a top-performing Compass team in San Diego. This experience allowed him to refine his expertise in strategic branding, digital marketing, and high-end real estate transactions, further strengthening his ability to deliver results for buyers and sellers alike.
Beyond his professional life, Cole enjoys spending time with his dog, Lola, going to the beach, discovering the latest fitness classes, and making time in his busy schedule to visit his family in New York. He believes real estate is more than just transactions—it’s about lifestyle, community, and helping people find a place that truly feels like home.
