Arman Kremer, born in Germany and of Persian heritage, is a South Florida real estate advisor who has called Miami home since 2003. With more than two decades of local market expertise, he specializes in luxury residential properties throughout South Florida.

Before transitioning into real estate, Arman founded and operated a successful yacht rental company, where he worked closely with high-net-worth clientele, managed complex, high-value transactions, and coordinated local and international yacht charters. That experience sharpened his ability to operate under pressure and shaped his strategic, solutions-driven approach and strong negotiation skill set.

Fluent in English, German, and Spanish, Arman works seamlessly with both domestic and international buyers, sellers, and investors.
